Welcome to our youth football training organization dedicated to developing young athletes both on and off the field. Based
in Menifee, CA, and serving surrounding communities. Our mission is to provide high-quality football position-specific
training that builds confidence, sharpens skills, and promotes a love for the game.
We specialize in player development, offensive and defensive play design, film study, and football IQ training. Our programs
combine physical conditioning, agility work, and mental preparation to give athletes a complete understanding of the game.
Most importantly, we teach kids how to compete, grow, and have fun.
Whether your athlete is just starting out or preparing for the next level, we’re here to guide their journey one play at a time.
This program was born from a calling that runs deeper than just sports. It’s about purpose, growth, and community. My name is Coach Mike Tellez, and I’ve been blessed to coach multiple sports over the years. As a former athlete, I know the pressures of competition, the weight of expectations, and the challenges life throws on and off the field. I also recognize the power of guidance, mentorship, and structure. Today’s culture is different. Our youth are growing up in a fast-paced, competitive world that’s constantly pulling them in different directions. They need more than just training. They need a foundation and I believe that a program like this one is just the ticket with placing God in the center of it all.
Our mission is built on four core pillars:
1. Faith – Keeping God at the center of all we do and teaching our athletes to lead with integrity.
2. Family – Uplifting the importance of unity, respect, and support both at home and on the team.
3. Education – Encouraging our youth to grow in the classroom, develop their minds, and pursue their goals beyond sports.
4. Football – Using the game as a tool to teach discipline, strategy, and perseverance.
Our focus is on quarterback and receiver development, offensive and defensive play design, game study, physical conditioning, and building football IQ. But beyond the drills and workouts, we’re raising young leaders and athletes who know how to face adversity with courage and grace. One of the greatest joys in this journey is coaching my kids and watching them grow as athletes and strong, respectful young people who proudly represent our family and community. I couldn’t do any of this without the support of my wife. She’s been my rock, my partner, and the quiet strength behind this mission. From long practice days to late night planning, she’s helped carry the vision with me every step of the way. This isn’t just a program. It’s a movement. One that’s centered on growth, purpose, and creating a lasting impact through Faith, Family, Education, and Football.

options that focus on developing performance,
sharpening technique, and preparing our youth
athletes both mentally and physically.

PRIVATE LESSONS
Our 1-on-1 private lessons provide focused,
personalized coaching tailored to your
position, skill level, and goals.
We specialize in:
- Quarterback mechanics & decision making
- Footwork and base drills
- Receiver route running & catching technique
- Defensive footwork & reaction drills
- Film breakdown and football IQ sessions
- These sessions are designed to sharpen skills,
boost confidence, and prepare athletes for
real-game scenarios.
Our receiver development program is built around five key areas:
- Route Running – Learn the full route tree, master sharp cuts, improve timing with the
quarterback, and beat press or zone coverage using proper release techniques. - Catching Technique – Develop confident hands through high-point catching, over-the-
shoulder tracking, catching in traffic, and reaction drills to improve focus under
pressure. - Footwork & Agility – Explosive first steps, clean stances, quick foot drills (ladder, cone,
hurdle), sideline toe-tap technique, and body control for game-time execution. - Football IQ & Awareness – Understand coverages, find soft zones, adjust routes in real
time, sync with QBs, and respond effectively during broken or scramble plays. - Conditioning & Recovery – Build route-running stamina, increase speed and burst,
and follow recovery strategies including stretching, hydration, and proper nutrition for
peak performance.

We train athletes to build strength, speed, and endurance the right way—using
age-appropriate, supervised workouts that prioritize safety and growth.
Our fitness training includes:
- Bodyweight and resistance training
fundamentals - Core strength and balance work
- Speed, agility, and quickness drills (SAQ)
- Introductory weight training for advanced youth
- Conditioning and cardiovascular endurance
NUTRITION & Recovery
Training hard is only half the equation; recovery
and fueling the body are key to growth and
performance.
We’ve partnered with Nutrition Elevated Menifee to support athletes in maintaining peak
health through:
- Effective post-workout recovery routines, including stretching, mobility, and foam
rolling - Structured rest and recovery schedules
- Mental reset techniques and stress management strategies
- Expert guidance on pre- and post-training nutrition
- Practical meal ideas and hydration strategies for optimal performance
